HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!
We have been busy, busy, busy. My DD made the "B" team in basketball at her school, which means practices and/or games 4 days a week. She also is participating in an indoor soccer league on Saturdays. Thank goodness my son has chosen to not do basketball or indoor soccer. His sport is fall soccer and he is completely content with just that. Hopefully, with all of this winding down, I will be able to post a little bit more. I have been stamping a little here and there, so I do have bunches to share, I just haven't had the time to type everything up. I also must admit to a mojo deficit right now, so I am hoping that will come back once I start sharing my older projects.
So, as the title states, these projects are what I did for the October Simply Paper Design challange. October?!?!?!!?? That long ago?!?!?!?!?!? My, time really does fly. You can find the challenge details on Cindy's blog here and all of the team's projects here. You will also see one by Cindy's friend Regina that is so, so cute.
For mine, I used the retired stamp set Booglie Eyes (except the "BOO!" sentiment, which is from a non-SU! set). I could not decide which image I liked best, so I did two cards, using the same layout for both, just switching the paper on each --- my witch with the skull paper (from the Cast-a-Spell DSP) on an orange layer and my little ghost with layers of purple cardstock and the batty paper (from the Ghostly Greetings DSP). The images were colored with blender pens. Then, just add a little ribbon and some googly eyes and you have a couple of (not so) spooky Halloween cards.

Thanks so much for stopping by!!! I will be showing you my November challenge card next, so check back soon.
