SYMPATHY - PART 2..........
This is another card done for the family who lost their father/brother. This one was CASE'd from my friend and upline, Debbie Naylor and you can find her's here. I used the Crumb Cake cardstock again for the base. It is topped with layers of Night of Navy, Marina Mist and Whipser White. I stamped the larger white layer 3 times with the flowers from the Just Believe stamp set in Night of Navy. The smaller white layer was stamped with the frame in Marina Mist and the sentiment with Night of Navy. Another nice flat card for easy mailing.

CASE OF A CASE.............
I did this CASE before I did this CASE. I really love the simple design of this card. It is so quick and easy, but is just a pretty card. On this one I used Pretty in Pink, Rich Razzleberry and Early Espresso.
Thanks for looking!!! Have a great day!!!

CHECK THIS OUT.......
You will not believe this. I am now a member of the design team for the Simply Paper Design Challenges!!! Eeeekkkk!!!! I am so honored. And excited. And nervous. I am in really talented company with Cindy and Debbie. I am hoping their talent will rub off on me. My last two posts were what I did for the May challenge. Then they asked me to be a member and I was soooo psyched, I did another one for the team post. Check out Cindy's and mine here on Cindy's blog. Debbie is still perfecting hers, but I am sure it will be worth the wait.
Here is my card:

The stamp set is Just Believe. I love that set and especially love this sentiment from it. This was a fun sketch and a great color combo that will be placed on my favorites list.
Thanks for stopping by!!! Have a great day!!!!

MAY'S SIMPLE PAPER DESIGN CHALLENGE - PART 2
This is my card for the color part of the challenge. I CASEd a card from one of our downline shoebox swaps from this past December. It was done by Wendy Booth and you can see hers here on Debbie Naylor's blog. I needed a quick card to send to one of my daughter's teachers who is retiring. She is also working through some health issues, so I am praying for healing for her and a long, happy retirement.
The colors are Whisper White, Not Quite Navy, Marina Mist and Daffodil Delight. The stamp set is Just Believe. There are some of the pearls added to the flowers.

A SIMPLE THANK YOU...........
Today's card is a thank you card that I should have made and sent at Christmas. My ducks just will not get in a row. What to do? What to do? I had help with this one by using Cindy and Debbie's February sketch and color challenge. Check them out here on Cindy's blog. The colors are River Rock, Rose Red, Pretty in Pink and Night of Navy. Now just to let you know, River Rock is not a favorite of mine. But I think it worked great with this color combo. I used it as my base and added the oval layers of Rose Red and Night of Navy. I stamped the image from Just Believe in Night of Navy onto a Very Vanilla oval. I used the Beautiful Wings Embosslit to cut out my Pretty in Pink butterfly. I sponged Night of Navy around the outside of the oval and the butterfly. So that covered all of the colors in the challenge. As for the sketch, I flipped it upside down. The sentiment is also from Just Believe and is stamped on a strip of Pretty in Pink. The ends are punched with the Eyelet Border punch to pretty it up a little. Since this is being mailed, I kept it very simple.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great week!!!!
